White Raddish Salad

We used to eat lot of white raddishes when we were kids, especially with bread and butter and it really reminds of my childhood. I rediscovered this vegetable and since I didnt have much time yesterday evening for cooking, it had to be quick salad. This one would be perfect as a side dish to a steak or any kind of meat. Very fresh and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 white raddish
  • handful of parsley
  • 1 spoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 spoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Directions

Cut the white raddish to smaller pieces and prepare the dreising by mixing the mayonnaise, with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper and chopped parsley. Mix it with the white raddishes and add lemon juice (not too much). Keep cold and fresh!
