Coleslaw

Today, I am going to share with you my most favourite salad in fast-food chains and my reproduction of it :) I tried to make it healthy, but there of course you are free to add some mayonnaise instead of yoghurt :) If you have a food processor - use it! It will save you loads of time!





Ingredients

  • 1 small white cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 2 spoons of mustard
  • 1 white yoghurt
  • 1 creme fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 spoons of vinegar

Directions


This is going to be pretty short :) Cut your vegetables to whatever size you like. In a separate bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients and create a dressing. Then mix the vegetables with the dressing. And (!!!) taste it! Maybe you will want to add something to it, to reach your favourite taste. It is also good to let it for a while in the fridge, the vegetables will absorb the dressing and also it is better to serve it cold!
