Carrot salad
As you probably noticed, lately I have been baking a lot... and someone has to eat it of course... so I noticed that my belly started to grow dangerously and decided to make a healthy break :) Here is ony my healthy dinner recipes, tasty and very well seasoned carrot salad. This portion will be sufficient for 2-3 people (depending on how much are they hungry :) ).

Fish & Chips
On Saturday was Fish&Chips day at my home :) so today I finally uploaded the pictures and I am going to present you my version of this delicious and often underestimated fastfood meal :) As I am not a huge fan of chips, I prepared this time these fantastic new potatoes (recipe is here: http://fait-a-la-maison.blogspot.ch/2014/09/new-potatoes-with-champignons.html only without champignons) as a side dish. Oh, and I forgot to mention my special touch - there is beer in the dough :)

Healthy chocolate pudding
This is a perfect dessert in case you are trying to loose some extra weight (my personal opinion - dont be silly, even Bruno Mars is singing "Cause you are amazing just the way you are.." :) ). But back to business, this is seriously very healthy and sweet at the same time :) I did not believe firstly, it could be good, but give it a try, I loved it and I will prepare it more often! :)
Raspberry cake
I just love to bake (much more than cooking) so I am bringing to you today again something sweet :) This is super simple summer dessert, very refreshing, and you can use of course different type of fruits, or even mix fruits, really do as you like :)

New potatoes with champignons
Another inspiration for a fast and delicous vegetarian dinner, using the seasonal products. I love the time of new potatoes and this is one of recipes I like :) a lot!! :)
Coleslaw
Today, I am going to share with you my most favourite salad in fast-food chains and my reproduction of it :) I tried to make it healthy, but there of course you are free to add some mayonnaise instead of yoghurt :) If you have a food processor - use it! It will save you loads of time!

Summer fruit salad
You know that I am a big fan of simple recipes and last week I had at home some fruits that I needed to finish before leaving for the weekend so I came up with this quick recipe for refreshing summer fruit salad. This amount will be enough for 4 people or even more. It combines very nicely with a chocolate cake :)
