Ingredients
- iceberg salad (one piece)
- 1 bunch radishes
- handful of rucola
- spring onions
- 200g of chicken breast
- olive oil
- white yoghurt (2-3 big spoons)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- lemon juice
- salt, pepper, chilli
Directions
Start your frying pan with olive oil and in the meanwhile cut your chicken breast into small pieces, season them with salt, pepper and chilli. When the oil is hot, add your chicken breast and fry it on high heat till they are properly cooked and golden brownish. Cut the iceberg salad, along with the radishes and spring onion and add them together with washed rucola to a big bowl (is better for mixing afterwards). In another small bowl, prepare your dressing - by mixing the yoghurt, with pressed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper. Now you can add to your salad bowl the chicken breast and dressing. Mix it everything togehter and voila, your salad is ready!
Bonus - summer lemonade
As you can see on the picture, there is a bottle with lemonade - try it, its delicious. Just use water, add mint leaves, lemon and little bit of elderflower syrup and keep it in your fridge for a while to make it superfresh!
